Please read the following policies before purchasing from this website.
In order to facilitate the return process, please contact us by e-mail at this link: email@example.com?subject=Notify of Return Goods . Please make sure to include your name, invoice number, and the reason for the return.
If you need to return a product, please request an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) tracking number. Please reference this number on all packages and correspondence regarding your return. Credits will only be issued after the product has been returned and inspected. This RMA is valid for thirty (30) days from issue date —you have 30 days to have the product shipped to us for inspection.
All returns require an RMA number. Please contact your local representative prior to returning product.
Returns will be authorized in accordance with the following policy:
Must be returned within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Authorization for returns is at the sole discretion of Brunette Tire. A return credit will only be issued after we receive and inspect the product. Product must be new and unused. Damage due to incorrect tire mounting or other installation problems are not considered a valid Stock or Non-Stock return.
Products to be returned must be within the applicable warranty period (normally 90 days unless otherwise noted on your invoice). Damage due to incorrect tire mounting or other installation problems are not valid warranty claims. Items must be returned to our warehouse for inspection and to validate a warranty claim. The customer may request that a replacement be sent immediately. The replacement product will be billed to the customer's account in accordance with our standard payment terms. Then, once a final decision on the return is made, a credit will be issued if the warranty claim is allowed.
Labour is not a warranty item and any labour provided by Brunette Tire is not included in any warranty returns.
If the customer wishes to return a product for repair that is no longer within the warranty period, or for damage not covered by the warranty, the sales representative will advise the customer of the estimated cost of the repair or replace the product.
Special Order and Non-Stock Returns
The return of all special order and non-stock items is subject to acceptance by the original manufacturer. Defective custom order returns will only be allowed based on the manufacturer's acceptance. However, under no circumstances will credit be given without manufacturer authorization. If deemed allowable, the product will be sent to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, at their option.
The customer is responsible for all transportation, insurance, duties and other similar charges for all returned product and must ensure that the product is appropriately packaged. Shipping damages, resulting from improper packaging will be the customer's responsibility.
